We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we now accept returns for a refund or exchange.
The standard return policy for special occasion dresses is “No Returns” but we love our customers and want you to be guaranteed that we stand behind our products. Please read below for details.
*Each item has a RED SINGLE USE TAG attached, if the tag is removed or tampered with, the return will not be accepted. Only remove the tag if you are 100% satisfied with your item. Please follow the instructions included before removing the tag.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items that cannot be returned:You can choose to receive a refund on all products except the following: Jewelry, Bags, Veils, Tiara's, Accessories, Bodyshapers, Undergarments, Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaids and Sweet 16/Quinceanera.
All Jovani, Sherri Hill, Terani Couture, La Femme, Mori Lee, MGNY, Mac Duggal, Daymor Couture, Mon Cheri, Ellie Wilde, Jasz Couture and Saiid Kobeisy dresses are final sale items.
To start your refund:
A refund request must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org and shipped out up to 3 days after you received your item. After 3 days the item is a Final Sale . You must include all this information on your request, Vendor (designer) Style Number, Color and Size of the item. If you are returning multiple items they each have to be listed to process the return. We will send you a “ Return Authorization Number” you MUST write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the box. As well as the return authorization number, the package must be postmarked. If you failed to do this, a restocking fee of 50% will be deducted from your return.
After we receive and inspect the item, it could take from 5-7 business days to issue the refund on your credit card, less shipping charges and restocking fee. All items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with the original product tags, and items MUST be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.
If you would like to do an exchange, you must also request a return authorization number within 3 days of receiving your item and indicate on your request the Vendor, Style number Color and Size of the item you would like to exchange it for. The exchange must be of the same or higher price. Once you exchange an item, now that item is a final sale.
