1 Are all of the dresses on your site authentic designs?
We are an U.S. based authorized retailer for all of the designers that we carry and all of our dresses are authentic.
2 How do I determine my measurements?
We recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress or having someone help you take them. Measurements should be taken in the undergarments you plan to wear under your dress. Make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, like you'd want your dress to fit.
Bust Measurement -Standing up straight, with your arms at your side, measure the fullest part of your chest and around your back..
Waist Measurement -Measure the narrowest part of your torso or where your waist creases when you bend to the side.
Hips-Standing up straight, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
3 What happens when I place an order online?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a credit card refund in full for the unavailable product.
4 What happens when I place a multiple items order?
If you placed a multiple items order you may receive multiples shipments. Please note that all shipping cost are per item. In the event that one or more of the items ordered are not available we will only process the order on the ones that are availble.
5 Can I order by phone?
No. We only takes online orders. All inquires are done via E-mail: email@example.com
6 Do your products run true to size?
Each dress is made differently so it is best to check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information.
8 Do you ship outside US?
No. Due to customs regulations policy, we do not ship outside U.S.
9 How do I tell if a dress is available?
Unfortunately availability changes by the minute and we are unable to know availability on your dress until you place an order. Once your order is placed, we will get back to you by email letting you know the avaibility of your item. We will contact you ASAP to let you know when we can have this dress for you.
10 When choosing a shipping option what does "10-12 Business Days after item arrives at the store mean"?
Many of the items are ordered directly from the designer. The designers send the item to our location, then we ship the item out to your address.
