ESTELLE’S IN-STORE SALES POLICY
All Prom Dresses are FINAL SALE
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned within 5 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY with receipt and tags attached.
No cash or card refunds.

Prom Dresses, Special Orders, Sales, Sequins & Beaded Items, Handbags, Jewelry & Accessories, Undergarments, Bridal, Sweet 16 & Quinceañera

LAYAWAY POLICY
Layaway items are held for one week. Dresses picked up after this time are FINAL SALE. Layaway deposits are refundable within 7 days to the original form of payment.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Special Orders are non-refundable and subject to availability. If a Special Order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued. Online sales policy is different. Refer to our website for more information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Alterations are not included or covered.
We are not responsible for damage caused by alterations or dry cleaning.
 
Complimentary repairs are offered on regular-priced items before leaving the store only.
